The Universum Inkasso Group has offices in Belgium (Temse), Germany (headquarters in Frankfurt), the Netherlands (Terneuzen) and Austria (Graz).
Universum Inkasso has been active for many years on the Belgian market. Our vast experience spans a wide array of clients from a variety of sectors such as retail, distance selling, Internet sales, Internet providers, business services, insurance, publishing houses, personal loans, consumer credits, energy and government.
As a result of our background we are organised and specialised in such a way that the processing of debtor and collection data in small or large volumes takes place effortlessly (collection system, IT infrastructure, printing, personnel, call centre, management reporting). A total of about 50 employees work within Universum Inkasso.
