My address or telephone number has changed. How do I report this change?

It is very important for us to continue to have the correct details. Changes can be reported to us in writing by post, telephone, fax, e-mail or online: see Consumer contact section.

What does registration with the CKP (Centre for Credits to Private Parties) mean?

If you have a loan or a contract overdraft facility with a company or store, you are registered with the CKP. As soon as you stop paying and you accrue arrears, the debt can be transferred to a collection agency for recovery, followed by negative feedback in your CKP registration. Our principals are responsible for this. Universum Inkasso has no impact on this whatsoever. Each decrease in debt balance until full payment is reported by us to our principals, who in turn report it to CKP. Upon full payment, the registration will be completely deleted from the file after one year. Universum Inkasso has no say in this either.
